- •A booking is confirmed once the deposit is paid.
- •The deposit is refundable if the booking is cancelled at least 7 days before the event.
- •The deposit is not refunded for cancellations within the final 7 days.
- •Numbers, menu and add-ons must be confirmed before the event, by the agreed date.
- •The venue must provide a safe power outlet and adequate space for the cart.
- •The team arrives one hour before the event starts to set up.
- •Additional hours and locations outside the service area are charged separately.
- •Late changes are subject to operational availability and additional charges.
