Your order is confirmed once payment is completed.
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed — see the cancellation policy.
You choose a collection or delivery window when ordering, and we prepare your order for that window.
Please collect within the window you chose.
Delivery, when offered, depends on driver availability, and the window is a best effort rather than a fixed time.
Products are subject to availability. If anything you ordered cannot be made, we will contact you.
